Delivery takes place according to the indications provided by the customer when ordering. The delivery address can be different from the one of habitual residence, such as the workplace, or the address of a third person in case of a gift.
Shipping is free for orders greater than or equal to € 99.00, (offer valid only on national territory) while for orders less than € 99.00 the cost is € 8 excluding any cash on delivery rights.
Fashion Brasil is not responsible for errors or failures in the address by the buyer.
If you choose the method of payment on delivery, the € 5.00 fixed mark fees will be added to the total order in the final purchase phase.
Shipping cost less than € 99.00 with cash on delivery: € 8.00 + € 5.00 for a total of € 13.00 (Express courier delivery in 24/48 hours)
Shipping cost for orders equal to or greater than € 99.00 with cash on delivery: € 8.00 + € 5.00 for a total of € 5.00 (express courier delivers in 24-48 hours) excluding shoe orders, due to increase of the volume due to the shoe box.
Shipping costs for orders equal to or greater than 99.00 and with advance payment: 0.00 €
The delivery time is from 24 to 48 hours, (hours and working days) from the moment of payment for orders with advance payment (paypal, bank transfer, postepay recharge)
For the islands (Calabria-Sicily-Sardinia and smaller islands) or for areas considered to be disadvantaged, delivery will be subject to longer delivery times
The goods travel with the carrier SDA (express courier)
It is mandatory to provide complete data to speed up delivery: name, surname, address, city, postcode, landline or mobile phone number, also it is necessary to indicate the name that appears on the intercom if different from the person who placed the order.
4. Changes and refunds
It is FashionBrasil's philosophy to have completely satisfied customers, so if you have problems with the sizes of the product purchased, remember that you have 100 days to change it from the date of receipt.
To change an article just send an e-mail to Info@fashionbrasil.it or call our telephone number / whatsapp 346 9595351 indicating the reason for the refund and the article you want to receive in return. Then you will have to return the item you wish to change to our address with the method you prefer with expenses at your expense (priority mail, registered mail, ordinary parcel, express courier, etc. ..) Fashion Brasil is not responsible for any loss of parcels shipped by the customer, so we advise you to choose shipments with a traking number. In the event of loss of the Fashion brasil item, it cannot send the item chosen for the exchange.
After receiving your shipment, the item will be checked and the new item will be sent to you by express courier.
In case of difference in price you can choose to pay the difference and return shipping (€ 8.00) (if it is not the first change) in cash on delivery (in this case the € 5.00 fixed fee will be calculated for cash on delivery) or by pay pal, bank transfer, credit card on the paypal circuit or postepay top-up.
In this case, the new item will be sent to you within 24/48 working hours from the payment of the difference.
In the event of a difference by default, you can request a refund of the amount to your credit or you can choose to keep the amount as a voucher to be used on a future purchase without expiry.
The refund will be made by bank transfer for orders made by cash on delivery, bank transfer, credit card or postepay top-up, within 24-48 working hours from the receipt of your new item. While for orders executed through the paypal system, refunds will be made with the same paypal system.

You can decide to request a refund for the item (excluding shipping and cash on delivery) if you decide that you do not want to make any exchange and want to return the purchased item. For the methods of reimbursement, the foregoing applies. The reimbursement can be requested no later than 15 days from the receipt of the item.
It is possible to make exchanges and returns also for shipments abroad, after checking the integrity of the items, (see paragraph above) with return and shipping costs entirely borne by the customer.
